ABSTRAKTI<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ky <\/a>punim analizon kontributin e Mahmut Pash\u00eb Rrotll\u00ebs n\u00eb zhvillimin e infrastruktur\u00ebs kulturore dhe arsimore n\u00eb qytetin e Prizrenit gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb shtrirjes s\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane n\u00eb trojet shqiptare n\u00eb shekullin XIV. Duke u p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb veprat dhe projektet e tij, si nd\u00ebrtimi i xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb Mbretit dhe kompleksi fetar n\u00eb Terzi Memi-M\u00ebhall\u00eb, analiza shpalos rolin e tij si udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs vizionar dhe kontribues n\u00eb formimin e nj\u00eb peizazhi urban dhe arsimor t\u00eb pasur. N\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur feja islame po p\u00ebrhapte ndikimin e saj, Mahmut Pash\u00eb Rrotlla krijoi nd\u00ebrtime q\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm sh\u00ebrbenin p\u00ebr nevojat fetare t\u00eb komunitetit, por gjithashtu ndikuan thelb\u00ebsorisht n\u00eb zhvillimin kulturor t\u00eb qytetit. Kompleksi i nd\u00ebrtuar p\u00ebrfshinte jo vet\u00ebm xhamin\u00eb, por edhe medresen\u00eb, mejtepin dhe dershanet, duke krijuar nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr fetare dhe arsimore t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. N\u00eb sfer\u00ebn arsimore, Mahmut Pash\u00eb Rrotlla ndikoi n\u00eb rritjen dhe avancimin e arsimit n\u00eb Prizren, duke krijuar nj\u00eb mjedis arsimor t\u00eb pasur dhe stimulues. Trash\u00ebgimia e tij vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb e perceptueshme n\u00eb strukturat kulturore dhe fetare t\u00eb qytetit, duke sh\u00ebrbyer si simbol i pasuris\u00eb s\u00eb kultur\u00ebs islame dhe historis\u00eb s\u00eb komunitetit. Kjo analiz\u00eb hedh drit\u00eb mbi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e nd\u00ebrhyrjeve t\u00eb Mahmut Pash\u00eb Rrotll\u00ebs n\u00eb krijimin e nj\u00eb mjedisi t\u00eb pasur kulturor dhe arsimor n\u00eb Prizren dhe ilustron impaktin e Perandoris\u00eb Osmane n\u00eb zhvillimin historik dhe kulturor t\u00eb trojeve shqiptare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ABSTRACT<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This paper analyzes the contribution of Mahmut Pasha Rrotlla to the development of the cultural and educational infrastructure in the city of Prizren during the period of expansion of the Ottoman Empire in the Albanian lands in the 14th century. Focusing on his works and projects, such as the construction of the King’s mosque and the religious complex in Terzi Memi-Mehalle, the analysis unfolds his role as a visionary leader and contributor to the formation of a rich urban and educational landscape. At the time when the Islamic religion was spreading its influence, Mahmut Pasha Rrotlla created constructions that not only served the religious needs of the community, but also significantly influenced the cultural development of the city. The built complex included not only the mosque, but also the madrasa, mejtepa, and dershans, creating an important religious and educational center. In the educational sphere, Mahmut Pasha Rrotlla influenced the growth and advancement of education in Prizren, creating a rich and stimulating educational environment. His legacy continues to be perceptible in the city’s cultural and religious structures, serving as a symbol of the community’s rich Islamic culture and history. This analysis sheds light on the importance of Mahmut Pasha Rrotlla’s interventions in creating a rich cultural and educational environment in Prizren and illustrates the impact of the Ottoman Empire on the historical and cultural development of Albanian lands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
