Paqja dhe mir\u00ebsit\u00eb e Zotit qofshin mbi \u00e7do njeri q\u00eb i q\u00ebndron besnik programit hyjnor t\u00eb Zotit, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin objektivat e Ligjv\u00ebn\u00ebsit sigurojn\u00eb interesin real p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzimin mbar\u00eb. Objektivat e Sheriatit apo disiplina e mekasidit \u00ebsht\u00eb rruga m\u00eb e mir\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuese p\u00ebrmes s\u00eb cil\u00ebs d\u00ebshmohet se Sheriati \u00ebsht\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm dhe kohorent\u00eb edhe sot n\u00eb koh\u00ebn moderne. Objektivat e Sheriatit n\u00eb gjitha fushat e jet\u00ebs, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb transaksionet financiare na hapin mendjen q\u00eb t\u00eb ofrojm\u00eb zgjidhje problematikave financiare me t\u00eb cilat ballafaqohemi \u00e7do dit\u00eb. Kjo fush\u00eb e studimit k\u00ebrkon p\u00ebrkushtim dhe angazhim intelektual, prandaj me t\u00eb angazhohen m\u00eb tep\u00ebr t\u00eb thelluarit n\u00eb dije. Mekasidi, leht\u00ebson kuptimin e thell\u00eb t\u00eb burimeve t\u00eb Sheriatit; Kuranit dhe Sunetit, nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht i mund\u00ebson muslimanit t\u00eb r\u00ebndomt\u00eb t\u00eb njoh\u00eb shpirtin e fes\u00eb, dhe q\u00ebllimet e veprimeve. Objektivat ia leht\u00ebsojn\u00eb muxhtehidit nxjerrjen e normave p\u00ebr gj\u00ebrat e paqena, ashtu si\u00e7 i ndihmon p\u00ebrt\u00ebrit\u00ebsit (el-muxhedid) n\u00eb prezantimin e fes\u00eb n\u00eb form\u00ebn origjinale dhe kohorente!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All praise is due to Almighty God, who has made us part of a legal system designed to bring happiness to humanity in both this world and the hereafter. May peace and mercy be upon His Messenger, Muhammad (peace be upon him), who did not depart from this world without imparting to us the complete truth embodied in this religion and its legal framework. May God\u2019s peace and blessings be upon all those who remain steadfast in upholding the divine program, wherein the objectives of the Legislator ensure the genuine well-being of all humankind. The objectives of Sharia, or the discipline of Maqasid al-Sharia, serve as the most effective means of demonstrating that Sharia remains relevant and coherent even in the modern era. These objectives, particularly in the realm of financial transactions, encourage us to seek solutions to the financial challenges we encounter daily. This field of study demands intellectual dedication and commitment, and thus it primarily engages those deeply immersed in knowledge. Maqasid al-Sharia facilitates a profound understanding of the primary sources of Islamic law\u2014the Qur\u2019an and the Sunnah\u2014while also enabling the average Muslim to comprehend the essence of the religion and the underlying wisdom behind its rulings. These objectives assist jurists (mujtahids) in deriving legal norms for unprecedented matters, just as they aid reformers (mujaddids) in presenting Islam in its authentic and contextually relevant form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
