Midis k\u00ebtyre urdhrave, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht dallohen drejt\u00ebsia dhe barazia, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb parime thelb\u00ebsore n\u00eb jet\u00ebn individuale dhe shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb njeriut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Njeriu, si qenie sociale, nuk mjaftohet vet\u00ebm me ekzistenc\u00ebn fizike, por ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb p\u00ebr zhvillim personal, p\u00ebrfshirje t\u00eb denj\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri dhe arritje t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb ekonomike. Kjo arrihet p\u00ebrmes p\u00ebrparimit dhe rregullimit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs ekonomike, ku nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb luan kapitali. Sipas udh\u00ebzimeve kuranore, kapitali dhe pasuria duhen menaxhuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, duke u bazuar n\u00eb norma t\u00eb barabarta p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kamata, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, paraqet nj\u00eb devijim serioz nga k\u00ebto parime, sepse cenon barazin\u00eb dhe drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb sociale. N\u00eb realitetin bashk\u00ebkohor, ajo ka ndikuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrhapjen e sistemit konvencional financiar, duke nxitur pabarazi dhe dominim ekonomik. Prandaj, \u00ebsht\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebri q\u00eb ekonomia e kapitalit t\u00eb rishikohet dhe t\u00eb orientohet drejt nj\u00eb qasjeje m\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me normat q\u00eb e konsiderojn\u00eb njeriun si qend\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvillimit dhe t\u00eb dinjitetit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ky punim trajton k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje nga nj\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim historik dhe aktual, duke e vendosur n\u00eb kontekstin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb son\u00eb, e cila sot \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e sistemit ekonomik global. Prandaj, nevojitet nj\u00eb qasje kritike dhe e argumentuar ndaj rolit t\u00eb kamat\u00ebs dhe kapitalit n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e sotme ekonomike, me synimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar alternativa q\u00eb p\u00ebrputhen me normat islame dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb universale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Almighty Creator fashioned the human being in the most perfect form and entrusted him with responsibility on Earth through divine guidance. One of the central purposes of this responsibility is to establish order, justice, and tranquility within human society, achieved through adherence to the commands of the All-Powerful. Among these directives, particular emphasis is given to justice and equality\u2014two foundational principles essential to individual and societal well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The human being, as a social and moral agent, requires more than mere survival; they seek personal growth, active participation in society, and economic self-sufficiency. A key element in this process is economic development, where capital plays a vital role. According to the Qur\u2019anic perspective, capital and wealth must be managed justly, based on ethical norms that guarantee equal opportunity and fairness for all members of society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, interest (usury) represents a clear deviation from these principles, as it undermines justice and creates economic inequality. In today\u2019s world, the expansion of conventional financial systems has often been driven by interest-based models, which can lead to exploitation and systemic imbalance. Therefore, there is a pressing need to reevaluate the direction of capital-based economies and redirect them towards ethical frameworks that prioritize human dignity and collective well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This study explores the issue from both historical and contemporary perspectives, with a particular focus on its implications for our society, which operates within a globalized economic system. The research aims to provide a critical and principled analysis of interest and capital in modern financial life, while offering ethically grounded alternatives that are aligned with Islamic values and universal justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
