Shefqet Krasniqi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sh\u00ebndeti \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr mir\u00ebsit\u00eb m\u00eb madhore q\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb dhuruar njeriut nga Zoti i Madh\u00ebruar dhe si i till\u00eb, g\u00ebzon nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebsimet islame. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb s\u00ebmundja trajtohet si sprov\u00eb dhe mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr rritje shpirt\u00ebrore, feja islame inkurajon k\u00ebrkimin aktiv t\u00eb sh\u00ebrimit dhe trajtimit, duke e konsideruar k\u00ebt\u00eb si pjes\u00eb e besimit n\u00eb urt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe kaderin e Zotit. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuad\u00ebr, infertiliteti p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr individin dhe shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, me ndikime q\u00eb shtrihen p\u00ebrtej kufijve mjek\u00ebsor\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dimensione etike, psikologjike, fetare dhe ligjore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ky studim trajton \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e infertilitetit dhe fertilizimit t\u00eb asistuar mjek\u00ebsor n\u00eb nj\u00eb kontekst nd\u00ebrdisiplinor, duke ndri\u00e7uar qasjen e Islamit ndaj trajtimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij fenomeni, sfidave morale q\u00eb lindin, si dhe p\u00ebrputhshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebtyre praktikave me dispozitat islame dhe kornizat ligjore pozitive. Me theks t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb ruajtjen e dinjitetit njer\u00ebzor dhe kufijve t\u00eb lejuar nga Sheriati, punimi eksploron balanc\u00ebn nd\u00ebrmjet nevoj\u00ebs p\u00ebr trajtim dhe respektimit t\u00eb parimeve fetare e ligjore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ky hulumtim synon t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimin dhe udh\u00ebzimin e \u00e7ifteve dhe profesionist\u00ebve t\u00eb fush\u00ebs, p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb analize t\u00eb thelluar q\u00eb nd\u00ebrthur njohurit\u00eb shkencore mjek\u00ebsore me orientimet etike dhe fetare islame, duke ofruar nj\u00eb qasje t\u00eb matur dhe t\u00eb dobishme p\u00ebr trajtimin e infertilitetit n\u00eb koh\u00ebn bashk\u00ebkohore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fjal\u00ebt \u00e7el\u00ebs: <em>infertiliteti, fertilizimi i asistuar, Sheriati islam, legjislacioni islam, ligjet e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BY: NEXHMI HOXHA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mentor: Prof. ass. dr. Shefqet Krasniqi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Health is among the greatest blessings granted to mankind by Almighty God and, as such, holds a special place in Islamic teachings. While illness is viewed as a trial and an opportunity for spiritual growth, the Islamic faith encourages the active pursuit of healing and treatment, considering it a part of belief in God&#8217;s wisdom and divine decree (qadar). Within this framework, infertility represents a particular challenge for individuals and society, with implications that extend beyond medical boundaries, encompassing ethical, psychological, religious, and legal dimensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This study addresses the issue of infertility and medically assisted fertilization from an interdisciplinary perspective, shedding light on Islam&#8217;s approach to the treatment of this phenomenon, the moral dilemmas it raises, and the compatibility of these practices with Islamic rulings and positive legal frameworks.
