Fahrush Rexhepi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeta fetare islame n\u00eb bot\u00ebn per\u00ebndimore n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shekullit XXI \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tem\u00eb q\u00eb lidhet me zhvillimet dhe sfidat q\u00eb has\u00ebn komunitetet myslimane n\u00eb vendet per\u00ebndimore n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij shekulli. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kontekst i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm, pasi pas ngjarjeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb fundit si sulmet terroriste t\u00eb 11 shtatorit 2001 n\u00eb SHBA, dhe zhvillimet politike dhe sociale n\u00eb shum\u00eb shtete per\u00ebndimore, roli i Islamit dhe i mysliman\u00ebve ka t\u00ebrhequr nj\u00eb v\u00ebmendje m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrballur me shum\u00eb sfida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shum\u00eb shtete per\u00ebndimore, sidomos n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb dhe n\u00eb SHBA, kan\u00eb par\u00eb nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb ndjeshme t\u00eb numrit t\u00eb mysliman\u00ebve, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb migracionit, refugjat\u00ebve dhe lindjeve t\u00eb natyrshme. Shum\u00eb mysliman\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsi, arsim dhe fusha t\u00eb tjera profesionale n\u00eb vendet per\u00ebndimore, duke treguar se ata jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e shoq\u00ebrive t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre shteteve. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, komunitetet myslimane shpesh p\u00ebrballen me sfida t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta, si mospranimi i simboleve fetare si p.sh. shamia, n\u00eb vendet e pun\u00ebs dhe shkolla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebrderisa shum\u00eb mysliman\u00eb jan\u00eb integruar n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb per\u00ebndimore, disa kan\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar edhe v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb diskriminim, raciz\u00ebm dhe nj\u00eb pasiguri lidhur me identitetin e tyre fetar dhe kulturor. Problemet e integrimit jan\u00eb shfaqur edhe n\u00eb sfera t\u00eb tjera, si arsimi, pun\u00ebsimi dhe pjes\u00ebmarrja politike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ky studim p\u00ebrqendrohet n\u00eb rolin e mysliman\u00ebve n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, duke trajtuar historin\u00eb, pranin\u00eb dhe aktivitetet e tyre fetare n\u00eb vendet per\u00ebndimore. N\u00eb kapitullin e par\u00eb diskutohet p\u00ebrhapja e Islamit dhe identiteti i mysliman\u00ebve n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, si dhe ndikimi i k\u00ebtij identiteti n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb per\u00ebndimore. Kapitulli i dyt\u00eb fokusohet n\u00eb jet\u00ebn fetare t\u00eb mysliman\u00ebve, p\u00ebrshkrimin e institucioneve dhe qendrave fetare islame, si dhe p\u00ebrgatitjen profesionale t\u00eb kuadrove fetar\u00eb dhe aktivitetet kulturore t\u00eb mysliman\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim. Kapitulli i tret\u00eb trajton t\u00eb drejtat dhe lirit\u00eb fetare n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, duke i lidhur ato me konventat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe theksuar angazhimin e organizatave islame p\u00ebr t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar jetes\u00ebn e mysliman\u00ebve. Po ashtu, shqyrtohen sfidat e integrimit t\u00eb mysliman\u00ebve n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb evropiane dhe v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb ata hasin n\u00eb praktikimin e Islamit n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis per\u00ebndimor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur nj\u00eb dialog nd\u00ebrfetar dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur toleranc\u00ebn fetare jan\u00eb nj\u00eb aspekt i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm i jet\u00ebs fetare islame n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim. Fahrush Rexhepi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Islamic religious life in the Western world in the early 21st century is a topic that addresses the developments and challenges faced by Muslim communities in Western countries during this period. This is an important context, especially in light of significant recent events such as the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in the United States and political and social developments in many Western nations, which have placed greater attention on the role of Islam and Muslims, while also presenting many challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many Western countries, especially in Europe and the United States, have seen a significant increase in the number of Muslims due to migration, refugees, and natural population growth. Many Muslims contribute to healthcare, education, and other professional fields in these Western countries, showing that they are an important part of the societies of these nations. However, Muslim communities often face specific challenges, such as the rejection of religious symbols (e.g., the hijab) in workplaces and schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While many Muslims have integrated into Western societies, some have encountered difficulties, including discrimination, racism, and insecurity regarding their religious and cultural identity. Integration problems have also arisen in other spheres, such as education, employment, and political participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muslims have created institutions such as mosques, religious schools, and cultural organizations to support their daily religious life. The teaching and practice of Islam is an essential part of religious life for many Muslims, including fasting during Ramadan, performing prayers, and celebrating religious holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This study focuses on the role of Muslims in Europe, addressing the history, presence, and religious activities of Muslims in Western countries. Chapter one discusses the spread of Islam and the identity of Muslims in Europe, as well as the impact of this identity on Western societies. Chapter two focuses on the religious life of Muslims, describing Islamic religious institutions and centers, the professional preparation of religious leaders, and the cultural activities of Albanian Muslims in the West. Chapter three addresses religious rights and freedoms in Europe, linking them to international conventions and emphasizing the commitment of Islamic organizations to ease the lives of Muslims. It also examines the challenges of Muslim integration into European societies and the difficulties they face in practicing Islam in a Western environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efforts to foster interfaith dialogue and increase religious tolerance are an important aspect of Islamic religious life in the West.
