Zekati \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr pes\u00eb shtyllat baz\u00eb t\u00eb fes\u00eb islame, \u00ebsht\u00eb ibadet i cili n\u00eb vete ng\u00ebrthen dimensionin shpirt\u00ebror, shoq\u00ebror dhe ekonomik. Ky punim trajton n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb detajuar \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e grupeve p\u00ebrfituese t\u00eb zekatit dhe prioritetin e tyre n\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarje, t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb argumente nga Kurani fam\u00eblart\u00eb, suneti i Pejgamberit a.s., praktika e sahab\u00ebve dhe burime t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb jurisprudenc\u00ebs islame. Fillimisht, paraqitet koncepti i zekatit, obligimi dhe norma, kushtet dhe synimet e tij. M\u00eb pas, analizohen llojet e pasuris\u00eb q\u00eb i n\u00ebnshtrohen zekatit si: ari, argjendi, malli tregtar, bag\u00ebtit\u00eb, prodhimet bujq\u00ebsore, thesaret e fshehura si dhe zekati p\u00ebr fabrika, apartamente, ferma dhe t\u00eb ngjashme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pjesa qendrore e punimit fokusohet n\u00eb tet\u00eb kategorit\u00eb p\u00ebrfituese q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur n\u00eb Kuranin fam\u00eblart\u00eb dhe ekskluziviteti i Ligjv\u00ebn\u00ebsit Suprem n\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktimin e k\u00ebtyre fondacioneve. Pastaj, me theks t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb flitet mbi m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e p\u00ebrcaktimit t\u00eb prioriteteve sipas nevoj\u00ebs, kontekstit shoq\u00ebror dhe udh\u00ebzimeve islame, duke adresuar edhe \u00e7\u00ebshtje bashk\u00ebkohore q\u00eb lidhen me k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zakat is one of Islam’s five fundamental pillars, an act of worship (ibadah) encompassing spiritual, social, and economic dimensions. This paper examines in detail the beneficiary categories of zakat and their distribution priorities, supported by evidence from the Noble Quran, the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him), the practices of the Sahaba (Companions), and other sources of Islamic jurisprudence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initially, the concept of zakat\u2014its obligation, rates, conditions, and objectives\u2014is presented. Subsequently, the types of wealth subject to zakat are analyzed, including gold, silver, trade goods, livestock, agricultural produce, buried treasures (rik\u0101z), etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The core section focuses on the eight beneficiary categories mentioned in the Noble Quran and the exclusive authority of the Supreme Lawgiver in defining these foundations. Special emphasis is placed on determining priorities based on need, social context, and Islamic guidelines, while addressing contemporary issues related to this theme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The final section discusses the institutionalization of zakat collection and distribution, citing examples from various Muslim countries and highlighting the pivotal role of religious institutions in the equitable management of this religious obligation. The study concludes with an analysis of religious institutions’ authority to set priorities within zakat funds, affirming that in our country [Kosova], the sole competent body for organizing and managing zakat affairs is the Islamic Community of the Republic of Kosovo. The current priority category is “f\u012b sab\u012blill\u0101h” (in the cause of Allah), encompassing: support for religious educational institutions, aid to the needy, General management and organization of religious life in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
