ABSTRAKTI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n NGA: Jetmira VISHESELLA BERISHA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Mentori: Prof. ass. dr. Shefqet Krasniqi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Ky punim trajton tem\u00ebn e praktikimit t\u00eb normave t\u00eb namazit n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta, duke analizuar sfidat dhe zgjidhjet q\u00eb sjellin kushtet e reja n\u00eb adhurim sipas legjislacionit islam. Q\u00ebllimi kryesor \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb ndri\u00e7ohen situatat ku normat klasike nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme dhe k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb rishikim nga perspektiva e jurisprudenc\u00ebs bashk\u00ebkohore islame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Studimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndar\u00eb n\u00eb tre kapituj kryesor: s\u00eb pari, p\u00ebrkufizimet gjuh\u00ebsore dhe terminologjike t\u00eb normave dhe namazit, trajtimi i normave t\u00eb reja lidhur me ezanin, koh\u00ebt e namazit dhe kiblen; dhe s\u00eb treti, implikimet n\u00eb vendime praktike si xhamit\u00eb e nd\u00ebrtuara me para t\u00eb kamat\u00ebs ose adhurimi n\u00eb hap\u00ebsira t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta fetare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n P\u00ebrmes metod\u00ebs analizuese dhe krahasuese, punimi adreson tema, si: p\u00ebrdorimi i teknologjis\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrcaktimin e koh\u00ebve t\u00eb namazit, falja n\u00eb vende me ndarje gjeografike ekstreme t\u00eb dit\u00ebs dhe nat\u00ebs dhe ndikimi i rrethanave bashk\u00ebkohore n\u00eb vendime fetare. Shefqet Krasniqi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n This paper addresses the topic of practicing the norms of prayer in special circumstances, analyzing the challenges and solutions brought about by new conditions in worship according to Islamic legislation. The main objective is to shed light on situations where classical norms are insufficient and require reassessment from the perspective of contemporary Islamic jurisprudence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The study is divided into three main chapters: first, the linguistic and terminological definitions of norms and prayer, the treatment of new norms related to the call to prayer (adhan), prayer times, and the qibla; and third, the implications in practical decisions such as mosques built with usury money or worship in shared religious spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Through analytical and comparative methods, the paper addresses topics such as the use of technology to determine prayer times, praying in places with extreme geographical divisions of day and night, and the impact of contemporary circumstances on religious decisions.
