Sadik Mehmeti<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ky punim ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim t\u00eb shqyrtoj\u00eb procesin e shkat\u00ebrrimit dhe degradimit t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb islame n\u00eb qytetin e Prizrenit gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs historike 1912-1918, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin fundin e Perandoris\u00eb Osmane dhe fillimet e pushtimeve serbe dhe bullgare. Sigurisht q\u00eb pushteti serb dhe ai bullgar, kishin p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim shkat\u00ebrrimin dhe degradimin e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore-islame dhe materiale t\u00eb Prizrenit dhe nd\u00ebrrimin e struktur\u00ebs s\u00eb tij urbane-orientale. Punimi hedh drit\u00eb mbi v\u00ebshtrimin historik dhe rrethanat politike, ekonomike sociale t\u00eb viteve 1912-1918, rrethana k\u00ebto ku \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimi dhe degradimi i trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb arkitekturale, t\u00eb objekteve t\u00eb kultit, t\u00eb banimit dhe atyre profane. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb, shum\u00eb xhami, medrese, mejtepe dhe objekte t\u00eb tjera me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi fetare e kulturore u d\u00ebmtuan, u degraduan ose dhe u zhduk\u00ebn. Me krijimin e planit urbanistik t\u00eb Prizrenit n\u00eb mars 1913, t\u00eb cilin e kishin hartuar arkitekti ushtarak serb, togeri Momir Korunovi\u00e7, s\u00eb bashku me arkitektin Dushan S. Miloslavlevi\u00e7, &#8211; mbi baz\u00ebn e t\u00eb cilit hartohet edhe Plani i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, i cili qe zyrtarizuar m\u00eb 1924, &#8211; n\u00eb fakt u gjet\u00eb m\u00ebnyra m\u00eb e p\u00ebrshtatshme dhe preteksti m\u00eb i mir\u00eb p\u00ebr asgj\u00ebsimin e t\u00ebr\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb shqiptare, e me k\u00ebt\u00eb veprim edhe i asaj islame n\u00eb Prizren. Pushtuesi serb me djegien e Ur\u00ebs dhe \u00c7arshis\u00eb s\u00eb Arast\u00ebs, nisi procesin e shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb planifikuar t\u00eb qytetit, dhe po ashtu u shkat\u00ebrruan dhe u degraduan: Kompleksi i Mahmut Pash\u00eb Rrotll\u00ebs, Kalaja, Saraji, Hamami n\u00eb Saraj, Xhamia e Mahmut pash\u00ebs, Xhuma Xhamia, Xhamia e Beg Zades etj. dhe nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb objekltesh t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb islame dhe asaj shqiptare. K\u00ebshtu, Prizreni humbi mjaft funksione t\u00eb veta, t\u00eb fituara m\u00eb par\u00eb si qend\u00ebr administrative-politike, ekonomike, kuturore-arsimore, dhe sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn jugper\u00ebndimore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fjal\u00ebt \u00e7el\u00ebs:<\/strong> <em>Prizreni, shkat\u00ebrrimi, trash\u00ebgimia kulturore, trash\u00ebgimia islame, arkitektura.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>By: HAXHERE SHABANI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Supervisor: assoc. prof. dr. SADIK MEHMETI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This paper aims to examine the process of destruction and degradation of Islamic heritage in the city of Prizren during the historical period of 1912\u20131918, which encompasses the end of the Ottoman Empire and the Serbian occupations. The Serbian authorities clearly intended to destroy and degrade the cultural-Islamic and material heritage of Prizren, as well as to alter its Oriental character. The paper sheds light on the historical perspective and the political, economic, and social circumstances of the years 1912\u20131945 circumstances under which the destruction and degradation of architectural heritage took place, including religious buildings, residential structures, and secular ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During this period, many mosques, madrasas, mektebs, and other religious and cultural buildings were damaged or disappeared. The urban planning of Prizren, developed in March 1913 by Serbian military architect Lieutenant Momir Korunovi\u0107, together with architect Du\u0161an S. Milosavljevi\u0107, also included the General Plan, which was officially adopted in 1924. In reality, this served as both a method and a pretext for the complete eradication of Albanian heritage, and consequently, of the Islamic heritage in Prizren as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Serbian occupiers began the planned destruction of the city by burning the bridge and the Arasta bazaar.
