Fahrush REXHEPI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb punim t\u00eb Masterit kemi analizuar dhe shqyrtuar m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e grave muslimane, n\u00eb menaxhimin dhe kontributin e tyre n\u00eb koordinimin e jetes\u00ebs familjare, edukimin dhe rrijten e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve por dhe balancimin e jet\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohore. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb punim Masteri do t\u2019i shqarojm\u00eb sfidat dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb grat\u00eb jan\u00eb duke u p\u00ebrballur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb. In this Master’s thesis, we will explain the challenges and opportunities that women are facing at this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Their role is very important in family care and its development, by sharing cultural and religious values with the members within it. In addition to the family, women at this time also contribute to the development of society in various fields such as; cultural, social, economic, but also by helping society in the development and promotion of gender equality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Women in this contemporary era face many prejudices, especially those in terms of gender, then limitations in their activity with the lack of full support from the relevant institutions.
