ABSTRAKT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n NGA: Anisa HOTI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Mentori: Prof. asoc. dr. Islam Hasani<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Ky punim trajton kontributin e gruas n\u00eb zhvillimin ekonomik t\u00eb vendit nga perspektiva islame, pra p\u00ebrmes tij vihet n\u00eb pah pozita dhe roli ekonomik i grave n\u00eb Islam, duke krahasuar me realitetin social dhe ekonomik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Metodologjia e punimit bazohet n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn e literatur\u00ebs, dokumenteve ligjore, statistikave relevante, si dhe n\u00eb intervista t\u00eb strukturuara me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues institucional. Rezultatet tregojn\u00eb se Islami i njeh dhe i garanton gruas t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e pun\u00ebs, pron\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb ekonomike t\u00eb pavarur, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb kontekstin kosovar v\u00ebrehet nj\u00eb rritje graduale e p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb saj n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs, si n\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarrje ashtu edhe n\u00eb sektor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh studimesh dokumentojn\u00eb se Islami nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shkaku q\u00eb pengon grat\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb aktive n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs, por m\u00eb tep\u00ebr normat shoq\u00ebrore. \u00cbsht\u00eb mjaft e nevojshme t\u00eb merren masa q\u00eb vendosin burrat dhe grat\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb pozicion t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb fitimin, shfryt\u00ebzimin dhe menaxhimin e pasuris\u00eb. Islam Hasani<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n This paper examines the contribution of women to the country\u2019s economic development from an Islamic perspective, highlighting the economic position and role of women in Islam, and comparing it with the social and economic reality of Kosovo. The methodology of the study is based on an analysis of literature, legal documents, and relevant statistics, as well as structured interviews with institutional representatives. The findings show that Islam recognizes and guarantees women the right to work, to property, and to independent economic activity, while in the Kosovar context there is a gradual increase in their participation in the labor market, both in entrepreneurship and in other sectors. A significant number of studies document that Islam is not the factor that prevents women from being active in the labor market, but rather social norms. It is therefore essential to take measures that place men and women in an equitable position, particularly in earning, using, and managing wealth.
