ABSTRAKTI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Nga: Labinot Ademi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Mentor: Shefqet KRASNIQI, prof. ass. dr.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Ky studim trajton abortin n\u00eb kuadrin e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs sheriatike dhe ligjeve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb krahasimtare t\u00eb rregulloreve dhe praktikave t\u00eb tyre. Q\u00ebllimi i punimit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb jap\u00eb njohuri mbi abortin, t\u00eb shqyrtoj\u00eb rolin e Sheriatit dhe ligjeve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb parandalimin e tij, si dhe t\u00eb rris\u00eb vet\u00ebdijen e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb kosovare p\u00ebr rreziqet dhe pasojat q\u00eb mund t\u00eb sjell\u00eb. Metodologjia e p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebrfshin analiz\u00ebn e p\u00ebrmbajtjes, metodat krahasimtare, qasjen kualitative dhe kuantitative, si dhe metodat empirike, p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar nj\u00eb kuptim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb tem\u00ebs. Studimi evidenton ngjashm\u00ebrit\u00eb dhe dallimet nd\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebtyre dy sistemeve, si dhe ndikimin e tyre n\u00eb perceptimet dhe praktikat e individ\u00ebve. Gjetjet tregojn\u00eb se ligjet e Kosov\u00ebs ofrojn\u00eb nj\u00eb korniz\u00eb juridike p\u00ebr menaxhimin e abortit, nd\u00ebrsa parimet sheriatike theksojn\u00eb aspektet morale dhe etike. The aim of this paper is to provide knowledge about abortion, to examine the role of Sharia and Kosovo law in its prevention, and to raise awareness among Kosovar society about the risks and consequences it may entail. The methodology employed includes content analysis, comparative methods, qualitative and quantitative approaches, as well as empirical methods, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the topic. The study highlights the similarities and differences between these two systems, as well as their impact on individuals\u2019 perceptions and practices. The findings indicate that the laws of Kosovo offer a legal framework for managing abortion, while Sharia principles emphasize moral and ethical aspects.
