Islam Hasani<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb punim trajtohen parimet etike t\u00eb tregtis\u00eb n\u00eb mendimin e imam Ebu Hamid el-Gazalit dhe pasqyrimin e tyre n\u00eb literatur\u00ebn shqipe. Q\u00ebllimi i studimit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb identifikoj\u00eb dhe analizoj\u00eb parimet kryesore q\u00eb imam Gazali i lidh me veprimtarin\u00eb tregtare, duke nxjerr\u00eb n\u00eb pah dimensionin moral, shpirt\u00ebror dhe shoq\u00ebror t\u00eb tyre, si dhe t\u00eb shqyrtoj\u00eb shkall\u00ebn e trajtimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij aspekti t\u00eb mendimit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb literatur\u00ebn shqipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Studimi mb\u00ebshtetet n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn e literatur\u00ebs p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, me theks t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn Ihjau ulumid-din, si dhe n\u00eb metod\u00ebn krahasuese dhe at\u00eb kuantitative. P\u00ebrmes pyet\u00ebsorit \u00ebsht\u00eb shqyrtuar njohja dhe perceptimi i parimeve t\u00eb etik\u00ebs islame t\u00eb tregtis\u00eb dhe zbatimi i tyre n\u00eb realitetin tregtar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Rezultatet e studimit tregojn\u00eb se, n\u00eb mendimin e imam Gazalit, tregtia nuk vler\u00ebsohet vet\u00ebm nga aspekti i ligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe realizimit t\u00eb fitimit, por edhe nga m\u00ebnyra se si ky fitim arrihet. Ndershm\u00ebria, drejt\u00ebsia, transparenca, shmangia e mashtrimit, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia dhe ihsani p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb elemente t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb sjelljes tregtare. Hulumtimi empirik tregon nj\u00eb nivel relativisht t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb njohjes dhe vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb parimeve etike, por nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht evidenton dallime nd\u00ebrmjet pranimit t\u00eb tyre teorik dhe zbatimit n\u00eb praktik\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Nga shqyrtimi i literatur\u00ebs shqipe rezulton se mendimi i imam Gazalit \u00ebsht\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb p\u00ebrkthime dhe studime t\u00eb ndryshme, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe trajtime t\u00eb dimensionit etik dhe ekonomik. Megjithat\u00eb, etika e tij tregtare nuk ka marr\u00eb ende nj\u00eb trajtim t\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm, t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar dhe sistematik si fush\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb studimi. Islam Hasani<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n This paper examines the ethical principles of trade in the thought of Imam Abu Hamid al-Ghazali and their reflection in Albanian-language literature. The aim of the study is to identify and analyze the main principles that Imam al-Ghazali associates with commercial activity, highlighting their moral, spiritual, and social dimensions, as well as to examine the extent to which this aspect of his thought has been addressed in Albanian-language literature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The study is based on an analysis of the relevant literature, with particular emphasis on Ihya\u2019 \u2018Ulum al-Din, as well as on comparative and quantitative methods. Through a questionnaire, the study examines the knowledge and perception of the principles of Islamic business ethics and their application in commercial practice in Kosovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The findings show that, in Imam al-Ghazali\u2019s thought, trade is evaluated not only in terms of its legality and the generation of profit, but also in terms of the manner in which that profit is obtained. Honesty, justice, transparency, avoidance of fraud, responsibility, and ihsan constitute important elements of ethical commercial conduct. The empirical research indicates a relatively high level of awareness and appreciation of ethical principles, while at the same time revealing a gap between their theoretical acceptance and their practical application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The review of Albanian-language literature shows that Imam al-Ghazali\u2019s thought is represented in various translations and studies, including works addressing its ethical and economic dimensions. Nevertheless, his ethics of trade has not yet received sufficient, focused, and systematic treatment as a distinct field of study.
