01Hyrja e parëFirst login

  1. Të dhënat e hyrjes i merr nga administrata e institucionit.You receive your login details from the institution's administration.
  2. Hap adresën e institucionit dhe kyçu me email dhe fjalëkalim.Open your institution's address and log in with your email and password.
  3. Në hyrjen e parë të kërkohet ta ndryshosh fjalëkalimin. Kjo është e detyrueshme dhe s'kalohet.On first login you are asked to change your password. This is compulsory and cannot be skipped.
  4. Zgjidh një fjalëkalim që e mban mend, po që s'e di askush tjetër.Choose a password you will remember but nobody else knows.
Nëse harron fjalëkaliminIf you forget your password Te faqja e kyçjes shtyp Keni harruar fjalëkalimin, shkruaj email-in tënd dhe ndiq linkun që të vjen. On the login page click Forgot your password, enter your email and follow the link you receive.

02Regjistrimi i semestritRegistering the semester

Çdo semestër duhet regjistruar veçmas. Pa regjistrim, kurset dhe provimet nuk të shfaqen. Each semester must be registered separately. Without it, courses and exams do not appear for you.

  1. Hap Semestrat.Open Semesters.
  2. Shih semestrat e kaluar dhe atë që vjen radhë.See past semesters and the one coming up.
  3. Regjistro semestrin aktual sipas afateve të institucionit.Register the current semester within your institution's deadlines.
Rendi ka rëndësiThe order matters Së pari regjistrohet semestri, pastaj kurset. Nëse semestri s'është i regjistruar, s'mund të lidhesh me asnjë kurs — dhe as profesori nuk të sheh në listë. First the semester is registered, then the courses. If the semester is not registered you cannot be linked to any course — and the lecturer will not see you in the list either.

03Kurset e miaMy courses

  1. Hap Kurset e mia për të parë kurset e semestrit.Open My courses to see the semester's courses.
  2. Kliko një kurs për të hapur Shiko kursin.Click a course to open View course.
  3. Aty gjen sylabusin, temat, profesorin dhe mënyrën si do të vlerësohesh.There you find the syllabus, the topics, the lecturer and how you will be assessed.
Lexoje sylabusin që në fillimRead the syllabus at the start Sylabusi tregon nga çka përbëhet nota: provim, kuize, detyra, projekt ose pjesëmarrje. Nëse pjesëmarrja hyn në notë, mungesat kushtojnë. The syllabus shows what the grade is made of: exam, quizzes, homework, project or attendance. If attendance counts, absences cost you.

Te Programet e studimit sheh strukturën e plotë të programit tënd — lëndët e detyrueshme, ato zgjedhore dhe kreditë e secilës. Under Study programmes you see your programme's full structure — mandatory subjects, electives and the credits for each.

04Oraret e miaMy timetables

  1. Hap Oraret e mia.Open My timetables.
  2. Shih ligjëratat dhe ushtrimet e javës, me ditën, orën dhe vendin.See the week's lectures and exercises, with day, time and location.
Ligjëratë dhe ushtrimLecture and exercise Një lëndë mund të ketë të dyja, në ditë të ndryshme dhe ndonjëherë me persona të ndryshëm — profesorin dhe asistentin. A subject may have both, on different days and sometimes with different people — the lecturer and the assistant.

05Paraqitja në provimRegistering for an exam

Provimet mbahen brenda periudhave të provimeve. Ti paraqitesh vetë, brenda afatit. Exams are held within exam periods. You register yourself, within the deadline.

  1. Hap Provimet e mia.Open My exams.
  2. Sistemi të tregon vetëm provimet ku ke të drejtë të paraqitesh.The system shows you only the exams you are entitled to register for.
  3. Zgjidh provimin dhe paraqitu.Choose the exam and register.
  4. Nëse ndërron mendje brenda afatit, mund ta heqësh paraqitjen.If you change your mind within the deadline, you can unregister.
Përse nuk më del një provimWhy an exam does not appear Zakonisht për një nga tri arsye: afati ka kaluar, nuk je i regjistruar në atë kurs, ose periudha është vetëm për studentët e rregullt apo vetëm për korrespondencë dhe ti je i kategorisë tjetër. Usually for one of three reasons: the deadline has passed, you are not enrolled in that course, or the period is for regular students only or correspondence only and you are in the other category.
Pagesa e paraqitjesThe registration fee Në disa institucione paraqitja në provim ka pagesë. Ajo shfaqet te Pagesat e mia me arsyen Regjistrim provimi. At some institutions registering for an exam carries a fee. It appears under My payments with the reason Exam registration.

06Notat dhe transkriptiGrades and transcript

Nota mund të vijë nga tri rrugë të ndryshme, varësisht si e ka caktuar profesori kursin. A grade can come by three different routes, depending on how the lecturer set up the course.

TranskriptiThe transcript

  1. Hap Transkriptet e mia.Open My transcripts.
  2. Aty janë të gjitha notat e fituara, me kreditë përkatëse.There you find every grade earned, with its credits.
Certifikata zyrtareThe official certificate Transkripti në panel është për ty. Nëse të duhet certifikatë zyrtare notash për jashtë, kërkoje te administrata — ajo ka pagesë me arsyen Certifikatë notash. The transcript in the panel is for you. If you need an official transcript for external use, request it from the administration — it carries a fee with the reason Transcript of records.

07Transferet e ECTS-veECTS transfers

Nëse ke studiuar më parë diku tjetër, kreditë e fituara aty mund të njihen këtu. If you studied elsewhere before, the credits earned there can be recognised here.

  1. Dorëzo dokumentet e institucionit të mëparshëm te administrata.Submit your previous institution's documents to the administration.
  2. Pas njohjes, lëndët e transferuara shfaqen te Transferet e ECTS-ve.Once recognised, the transferred subjects appear under ECTS transfers.
  3. Ato hyjnë edhe në transkript, të shënuara si transfer.They also enter your transcript, marked as transfers.
Përse shënohen veçmasWhy they are marked separately Kreditë e transferuara dallohen nga ato të fituara këtu. Kjo është normale dhe e pranuar — transkripti mbetet i saktë dhe i plotë. Transferred credits are distinguished from those earned here. This is normal and accepted — the transcript stays accurate and complete.

08Pagesat e miaMy payments

  1. Hap Pagesat e mia.Open My payments.

Nëse ke kategori përfitueseIf you have a beneficiary category Nëse je rast nën asistencë sociale, fëmijë i dëshmorëve a invalidëve të luftës, veteran lufte, ose njëri nga disa studentë të së njëjtës familje, ke të drejtë lirimi ose zbritjeje. If you are a social assistance case, a child of war martyrs or invalids, a war veteran, or one of several students from the same family, you are entitled to an exemption or discount. Submit your documents to the administration — the category is recorded in the system and affects your fees automatically.

When a donor pays your year, the payment is recorded as a Donation and shows as settled for you. You owe nothing further.

A payment appears only after the administration has published it. If you paid today and cannot see it, wait a little or ask the registrar.

09Biblioteka imeMy library

  1. Hap Biblioteka ime.Open My library.
  2. Sheh librat që i ke huazuar dhe ata që i ke blerë.You see the books you have borrowed and those you have bought.
Huazim dhe blerjeLoan and purchase Libri i huazuar kthehet; ai i blerë mbetet i yti dhe shfaqet edhe te pagesat, me arsyen Blerje libri. A borrowed book is returned; a purchased one stays yours and also appears under payments with the reason Library book purchase.
