Në këtë punim të Masterit kemi analizuar dhe shqyrtuar mënyrën e grave muslimane, në menaxhimin dhe kontributin e tyre në koordinimin e jetesës familjare, edukimin dhe rrijten e fëmijëve por dhe balancimin e jetës shoqërore në këtë kohë bashkëkohore. Në këtë punim Masteri do t’i shqarojmë sfidat dhe mundësitë që gratë janë duke u përballur në këtë kohë. Roli tyre është shumë i rëndësishëm në kujdesin familjar dhe zhvillimit të saj, duke ndarë vlerat kulturo-fetare me antarët brenda saj.

Përveç familjes, gratë në këtë kohë gjithashtu japin kontribut edhe në zhvillimin e shoqërisë në fusha të ndryshme siç janë; kulturore, sociale, ekonomike, por edhe duke e ndihmuar shoqërinë në zhvillimin dhe promovimin e barazisë gjinore.

Gratë në këtë kohë bashkëkohore përballen me shumë paragjykime, sidomos me ato në aspektin gjinor, më pastaj kufizimet në veprimtarinë tyre me mungesën e mbështetjes së plotë nga institucionet përkatëse. Prandaj, mund të themi, se ky punim i Masterit sugjeron që të krijohen mundësit që t’i ndihmojnë gratë në shfrytëzimin e plotë të potencialit të tyre, që kontributi i tyre të jetë më i plotë në familje dhe shoqëri.

Fjalë kyqe: Gratë muslimane, jeta familjare, edukimi, jetë dhe kontribut shoqërorë, koha bashkëkohore-moderne.

In this Master’s thesis, we have analyzed and examined the way of Muslim women, in their management and contribution in coordinating family life, educating and raising children, but also balancing social life in this contemporary era. In this Master’s thesis, we will explain the challenges and opportunities that women are facing at this time.

Their role is very important in family care and its development, by sharing cultural and religious values with the members within it. In addition to the family, women at this time also contribute to the development of society in various fields such as; cultural, social, economic, but also by helping society in the development and promotion of gender equality.

Women in this contemporary era face many prejudices, especially those in terms of gender, then limitations in their activity with the lack of full support from the relevant institutions. Therefore, we can say that this Master’s thesis suggests creating opportunities to help women fully utilize their potential, so that their contribution is more complete in the family and society.
