Ky punim trajton temën e praktikimit të normave të namazit në rrethana të veçanta, duke analizuar sfidat dhe zgjidhjet që sjellin kushtet e reja në adhurim sipas legjislacionit islam. Qëllimi kryesor është të ndriçohen situatat ku normat klasike nuk janë të mjaftueshme dhe kërkojnë rishikim nga perspektiva e jurisprudencës bashkëkohore islame.

Studimi është i ndarë në tre kapituj kryesor: së pari, përkufizimet gjuhësore dhe terminologjike të normave dhe namazit, trajtimi i normave të reja lidhur me ezanin, kohët e namazit dhe kiblen; dhe së treti, implikimet në vendime praktike si xhamitë e ndërtuara me para të kamatës ose adhurimi në hapësira të përbashkëta fetare.

Përmes metodës analizuese dhe krahasuese, punimi adreson tema, si: përdorimi i teknologjisë për përcaktimin e kohëve të namazit, falja në vende me ndarje gjeografike ekstreme të ditës dhe natës dhe ndikimi i rrethanave bashkëkohore në vendime fetare. Punimi bazohet në mendimet e dijetarëve klasikë dhe bashkëkohorë, duke ruajtur respektin ndaj traditës së katër medhhebeve të ehli-sunetit.

Ky hulumtim synon të kontribuojë në zhvillimin e një kuptimi më të thellë për normat e adhurimit dhe në mbështetjen e praktikave të përditshme të besimtarëve në rrethana komplekse.

Fjalë kyçe: normat e namazit, ezani, kibla, jurisprudenca islame, rrethana të veçanta.

This paper addresses the topic of practicing the norms of prayer in special circumstances, analyzing the challenges and solutions brought about by new conditions in worship according to Islamic legislation. The main objective is to shed light on situations where classical norms are insufficient and require reassessment from the perspective of contemporary Islamic jurisprudence.

The study is divided into three main chapters: first, the linguistic and terminological definitions of norms and prayer, the treatment of new norms related to the call to prayer (adhan), prayer times, and the qibla; and third, the implications in practical decisions such as mosques built with usury money or worship in shared religious spaces.

Through analytical and comparative methods, the paper addresses topics such as the use of technology to determine prayer times, praying in places with extreme geographical divisions of day and night, and the impact of contemporary circumstances on religious decisions. The paper is based on the opinions of classical and contemporary scholars, maintaining respect for the tradition of the four schools of Sunni jurisprudence.

This research aims to contribute to the development of a deeper understanding of worship norms and to support the daily practices of believers in complex circumstances.
